Public Relations PR
Rants and Raves: Reviews, Reputation, Rapport, Restitution and More…
It is understood amongst the general consumer populous that places with higher ratings and better reviews typically offer the best of service and or product. How you fair in these reports are subject to how involved you are with them.
In some cases, it is required of business owners to do a public speech or make a public presence to save face or start the process of restitution. These are samples of PR campaigns.
Public Relations are Milestones
What we do to boost our ratings and reviews is not an uncommon trick. But it helps. It isn’t cutting corners or falsifying information. Its asking our clients and customers what they think.
These reviews stand strong amongst the new customer base and clientele. Testimonials and Reviews are similar. But they are not quite the same. While both are speaking about their experience with your business, testimonials most typically reflect the positive experience that you can share on your site or around your business. Yet Reviews are often not as rewarding, per se, but teaching points, that can possibly give us insight to make the services or products offered, even better. Without reviews, we wouldn’t know what’s wrong our product after quality control.
There’s no such thing as bad publicity. You’ve heard that, right? This can be taken two ways. In one light, you’re marketing yourself by promoting others. Either way, you’re attached by your work.
The people who view your work judges your merits. Or more specifically, your ability to function in the role you’re in. And people rate you and your business. This isn’t just a bad nonce. It’s online. This is your reputation for business. Different ball game in this arena than it is in the private works. This is where we can help.
